My photographs sell well as naughty greetings cards through site such as Fine Art America so I have decided to launch my own range.
The first task was to find a printer. Sixprint produce a high quality product but have the added avantage of using carbon captured stock. They are supporters of the Woodland trust and every card produced helps protect Britain’s native woodlands
Picking the first batch of eight images was easy, I simply used the best sellers from the agency sites.
Using the template downloaded from the Sixprint site creating the cards is relatively easy in Photoshop. I did try it in Corel Paintshop and Photoshop Elements but these seemed to loose the built in colour profile. The final files need to be saved as a Photoshop PDF.
The cards were printed on Ultra White 300 gsm card which is FSC Certified, pH neutral, Long life certified, Chlorine and heavy metal free. They are long lasting so the recipient can frame them.

Sixprint supply the cards with brown craft ripped envelopes and cello bags which gives a nice professional presentation.
Go to my Viewfinders site to buy naughty greetings cards from the first batch. Postage is free in the UK
